Guests have full access to the house except the following areas: \- Owner's closet in the hall \- 2 Garage storage closets OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: \- NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FEE: There is a 5% payment processing fee that is non-refundable. If you book then cancel, our credit card processor doesn't refund fees. \- DOG FRIENDLY: We allow up to 2 dogs but there are some strict rules that must be followed. Dogs can't be left alone in the house unless they are crated. No excessive barking, neighbors WILL complain. Can't be left alone in the yard, there is wildlife in the area. Waste must be picked up right away. Cannot be off leash outside of the house, like when on a walk. Furniture must be covered if your doggo is cuddling with you on it. Other animals that aren't dogs are not allowed. \- MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring. \- NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. \- OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m. \- PARKING: No street parking is allowed. There is space for up to 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway. \- MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 6 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 6 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people! \- PATIO SLIDER: If a patio slider is open for more than 5 minutes, the HVAC system will automatically turn off to conserve energy. \- NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch.
