The little development where the house is located is very quiet and residential and this makes for a peaceful sleep. We were a group of 3 women traveling for work and this house was perfect for us. The location is near to some good hiking trails and two malls. Plenty of restaurants within a close drive as well.The house is nicely appointed, very clean, comfortable, and the hosting team is very responsive. Particularly recommend for a party of 2, or perhaps 4\. Although there are 3 bedrooms, the living area doesn't have enough seating for more than 2-4 people. Also, the kitchen is lovely, bright, and open, but there is no separate dining table. The only place to eat is at the counter (which has plenty of room).All in all, would definitely recommend this home. Nice little neighborhood/development! ##### Alfred Y.
