Downtown Tucson Armory Park neighborhood. Studio B is part of the main house Triplex. Studio B is fully furnished and kitchen is equipped. The residence constructed over 100 years ago is made of mud adobe that keeps the place cool. When need be HVAC can be adjusted by contacting the on premise property manager. A place Perfect for medical personnel or graduate students. Sorry no pets. Plenty of privacy should you be shy. Resturants galore. Mexican, Italian, Indian. I have stayed at various places with Vrbo in and out of state. The communication was timely. The neighborhood and property are quiet. I felt safe on this gated property. I enjoyed being close to the freeway as well as having all the things I needed within walking distance. Definitely staying here again next year if it is available.
