Instructions were accurate and we never needed to disturb the host. Had a Keurig coffee maker with some pods but we grabbed a favorite for the short stay.The bunk bed worked, but probably best for kids.This property is in a great right off 4th Avenue so there was no shortage of noise as the bars nearby closed down on weekend nights. Our stay occurred when UofA was in session. That does not reflect on the property, just an observation.
