This home features 2 bedrooms, one of which has a Queen size bed and the other has a double bed. This home boasts mid century charm, with a spacious walled in backyard perfect for pets or kids to play around in safely. The home is close to the college and the larger hospitals in town, as well as the river path. Other Things to Note: Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. We especially liked the back yard, with Adirondack chairs, shade trees and a firepit. Thanks for providing wood, too! We could have used a couple more coffee mugs, and plates small enough to fit the microwave. But all in all, a really great stay.
