House was well-equipped. The location on the edge of the Sam Hughes neighborhood was great and a short distance from relatives. Proximity to Himmel Park and its facilities was also a plus. The house was very clean and very well-appointed, with great pots and pans, bbq tools, knives, sheets, towels, etc. We needed a few things while we were there and the manager was very responsive. The only downsides are that the nearby Speedway Blvd is very heavily traveled with very loud vehicles and the outdoor area for sitting is of the master bedroom and the alley. We recommended some landscaping and chairs in the large front yard, but our dogs loved that the front yard was all theirs. Great property! ##### Kathryn M.
