A nice little sitting area that opened to the kitchen and large family room. Beautiful, large primary bedroom was very welcoming and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were perfect for our needs, although only the 2nd was used. Chosen for its proximity to our family, it was a great choice and a nice gem that we plan on freuenting in the future. Todd was very helpful and quick with any response. ##### Jason D. The three bathrooms are a nice bonus when you have a houseful. My only criticism is the small dining table. The house could easily accommodate six guests, and the table barely seats four. With 3 BR/3 BA, it is well-suited for large families. The back yard is very large, and the pool/hot-tub area is nice, although we did not use them since we were there in December when the water was a bit chilly. The hot tub was turned off while we were there, but the owner offered to fire it up for us for an extra charge, which we opted to forego. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly when we had a question, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a nice property, and we would certainly be willing to stay there again if we find ourselves back in Tucson. ##### Robert K. It is updated, modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. They literally had everything you could need. The only thing I could think of adding would be an air fryer. It was too cold for the pool but we enjoyed playing basketball in the HUGE backyard. We ran into one issue which the owner resolved promptly. We needed an ironing board and iron but could not find one in the house so the owner had one dropped off within the hour.
