This private first floor condo is located in the beautiful Catalina Foothills in a luxury condominium complex. Enjoy mountain views and a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The screened in patio functions like another room and is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. It is private with mountain views. This condo has upgrades that include large windows, stainless steel appliances and all hard surface floors. The living room includes a flat-screen SMART TV with XFinity, built-in sound system and high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen has a water filtration system. The master bedroom features antique French doors to the screened in porch, mountain views, a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite master bath with a walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware. Washer & dryer and cleaning supplies are included. The complex offers two heated swimming pools, a fitness center, lighted tennis court and gated access to the Ventana Canyon trail. Hike on the trail steps from your door or relax and enjoy the sun by the heated pool. Shopping and dining (including a grocery store)are close by and the famous Loews Ventana Canyon resort is right next door. Take a stroll and enjoy dinner, cocktails or their Sunday brunch, voted the best in Tucson. Golfers will enjoy the Tom Fazio designed golf courses next door, as well as the many other courses located throughout Tucson. The condo also features keyless entry with your own private code. The location is close to great hiking near the Sabino Canyon Rec area, as well as local restaurants and shopping. The unit was well stocked with kitchen basics and paper products. My husband and I stayed for a month and plan to return next year. Great screened in patio that is very private offering wonderful views of the mountains. We even saw several Javelinas from the patio. Arrival into her comfortable condo was easy, and we were welcomed with a nice note and basket of snacks and bottled water. She also has a binder on the counter, with suggestions for local dining, shopping and recommended hikes (we go to Sabino Canyon each year, and the condo is only 10 mins away). Note, too, for an easy family hike that the Ventana Trailhead has an entrance at the complex. We've been traveling to Tucson for years and have family in the area, so we had some of our favorites, too. I like having the gym so close by and made use of the treadmill on three mornings. Bedding and towels were fresh and the kitchen was stocked with items we could use. We supplemented with a store run, as we usually do, for breakfast items, etc. ##### Nancy S.
