The pool will generally be a comfortable temp without supplemental heat from the beginning of May to the end of August. We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a kitchen sink water filter so you can get great quality water straight from the tap. Guest access The garage is available for guest use and there are two parking spaces. Because of the narrow driveway, we recommend no more than 3 cars for your group at any time as there is NO street parking. Guests have full access to the house except the following areas: \- Owner's closet in the hall \- Garage storage closet \- 5 locked cabinets in Laundry Room for owners storage Other things to note MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ nights, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring. OUTDOOR FIREPLACE: It is wood burning and we supply kindling, fire starter, and the lighter. Guests will need to supply firewood, which can be bought at nearby stores. If there are red flag warnings due to high fire danger and winds, this amenity will be unavailable for guest use due to its proximity to the natural desert. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m. NO INDOOR FIREPLACE USE: The fireplace has been disabled - do not attempt to use. There are LED candles for ambiance if desired. NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 10 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people! ACCESSIBILITY: There are stairs throughout the house. Additionally, the Saltillo (terra cotta) tile can be slippery in certain types of socks - some guests may want to pack slippers. If anyone in your group is unstable on their feet, you might consider a different property. PARENTS: Please note this house has a LOT of stairs. We do not have any baby-proofing or kid gear. Additionally, there is a fence around the pool, pool safety and supervision are required at all times to prevent any accidents. SECURITY: 3 cameras that record audio and video on the exterior: Ring floodlight camera in driveway, Ring doorbell, Ring camera in backyard, the pool is within the coverage area. The owner has supplied everything you will need, including; quality kitchen accessories, robes, luxury bath products, bedding, pool towels, phone cords for any phone and more. The decor is so comfortable and the backyard setting is gorgeous! The owner provides very detailed information On how to use and access everything, along with great tips for activities and dining. The house was beautiful, clean, perfectly functional, documented extremely well, and met all of our needs. The kitchen had everything needed and the pool was clean, refreshing, and suited our needs very well. The firepit and outdoor fireplace was a hit in the evenings. The host was very responsive to all our questions although there were very few as the app was a giant help for check-in, how to's, and check-out. My family shared the space with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. It was wonderful. Everything in the house was so well organized and labeled. The area is so peaceful and quiet but just a short drive away from the university. The communications with the owner were outstanding. We do a lot of traveling and have stayed in many vacation homes around Arizona, but this house really stood above them all. The house was stocked and labeled perfectly, so there was no fumbling around to find what you need. Also, the views and layout were amazing! The pictures can’t do the expansive views you get of Mt. Lemmon and the rest of Tucson justice. This is one of those properties where you walk in and immediately know you found a gem. This house met all of our expectations. This is a beautiful home, in a gorgeous setting that is outfitted to a high level. Just like the pictures. Staying here ended up being a much better option. The location was close to the conference, the house is very well taken care of (looks like its never been lived in) and the mountain views are something else. My only complaint was spending too much time in meetings and not enough time relaxing at this great property. You wont be disappointed. ##### Aaron R. Great location, near everything you need. Amazing views. The owners put a lot of effort into making sure the place is renter friendly for such a nice home (sometimes when you are at a place it takes you half the time you are there to figure out how things work - not at this place). Pretty much everything is labeled from where kitchen items are and what different light switches do. Very subtle, but very helpful, they have put a ton of effort into making it a rental property by having videos, a dedicated web page for reference, and paperwork placed throughout the home. This is not just someone's home and you are on your own. The home has everything you need. I love when there are spices, etc... There were even zip lock bags! They have a cute shelf for you to leave stuff that you purchased and don't feel like hauling back home. The owners were very attentive and responded immediately to a few questions. The rule of thumb for us on VRBO's: Would we live there? Yes, we would, like as in forever. My wife called this the perfect COVID home. Meaning that you could really find a space in the house to get away to work, or just be alone, but it is still cozy. Everything is high end. The outside is huge. The pool is great. Not every VRBO must be perfect to be a 5 star, this is a 6 star! ##### Brent S.
