Modern, Serene, & Spacious Southwest Retreat

Experience a blend of modern and Southwest charm in this luxury home, just 10 minutes from Pima Air & Space Museum, Saguaro National Park, Davis-Monthan AFB and I-10, and within 15 minutes of downtown, the University of Arizona, Raytheon, and the airport.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and private backyard, this home has plenty of space, and is perfect for families & business travelers.

Welcome to your Tucson luxury retreat, designed with calm light modern palettes, high-quality bedding, and modern appliances - all in order for you to spend time here in comfort. Located near all of Tucson's desirable sights and attractions, an easy drive to the city center will take you to urban shops, unique dining experiences, and Tucson’s vibrant night scene.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room feature an open floor plan. A fully stocked kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender offers you all the modern luxuries while on vacation. High speed wifi, 50" smart HDTV with Roku & Netflix is also available to guests.

Guest Bedroom 1 features a brand new memory foam queen size bed and a full size closet.

Guest Bedroom 2 features two twin beds, which can be combined to create a larger king bed if desired, perfect for two kids or adults. A full size closet is also available.

The Primary Suite also offers a brand new memory foam queen size bed, a full walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks and a garden tub to soak in and relax. There is also ample room in each of the queen bedrooms for a pack-n-play (also provided).

The hall/guest bath includes a tub/shower combo and the laundry room includes a large linen cabinet for overflow storage.

The private backyard is enclosed and features an outdoor dining space as well as a patio lounge area and grill. Enjoy the cooler evenings in our private backyard to your heart’s content!

Excellent communication with owners as well as location to our daughter’s house. They allowed us to check in early so that was appreciated. Neighborhood felt very safe. Cons were no TV in any bedrooms, outdoor grill was very dirty so we couldn’t use. The light outside didn’t work so difficult to see the key pad at night. Washing machine and a few other items were dirty/dusty.

Great Tucson Home

Very nice location at an affordable price made for a great visit. The home is as nice as the pictures on the site. We didn’t spend much time at the house because we were on the go from sun up to sun down exploring and experiencing all that Tucson has to offer. A very comfortable home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Nicely appointed kitchen Good hosts - very responsive. Floors need wet mopping. Outdoor lights did not work. Grill is excellent. Comfy beds and a good TV. Bring sleeping masks because the sun is up early and it is bright!! Nice neighborhood near pima air and space museum. Would recommend / stay again.

Great place for families

We stayed here with our 5 kids (ages 1-13) and it was perfect! Bedrooms are a nice size, and the house itself is very spacious overall. It was in a nice, quiet part of town. The location is only 80 minutes from San Tan Valley/Florence (which is where we were coming from) and about a 35 minute drive to Windy Vista Point on Mt. Lemmon, which provides a beautiful lookout over Tucson. The hosts were very communicative and helpful regarding any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

My family and I came to Tucson for our church’s annual conference. We usually stay in a hotel but wanted to have more room this year. The Vrbo property was the perfect choice. It was clean and bright and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was great for morning coffee. The house is also near a small lake that was nice for early morning walks. My kids have already asked if we can stay in the same house next year. Thank you to Bryan and Anh for providing a perfect vacation rental!

Perfect stay!

We were visiting Tucson for my bachelorette party and the house was perfectly located. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The home was exactly as listed- beautifully decorated!
