Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the exquisite Catalina Foothills. Situated in the quiet resort community of Ventana Canyon with 2 spectacular pools with spas, workout room, tennis courts and a private gate offering direct access to hiking trails. This fabulous ground floor Condominium is located at the base of the Catalina Mountain Range and is ideally located in Tucson's wonderful Catalina Foothills. You will enjoy the impressive touches throughout this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. The spacious master bedroom ensuite features a king-size bed a tub/shower, double sinks, a large walk-in closet and a streaming tv. The tastefully appointed additional bedroom has a wonderful queen-size bed and plenty of bedding. The mattresses in both bedrooms are of high quality and very comfortable. You will find ceiling fans in the bedrooms providing for a cooling breeze at night. Plenty of closet storage for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make your stay exceptional. Offering a coffee maker, microwave, blender, every pot, pan and utensil necessary to make your stay extra enjoyable. Living room has a lovely leather sectional sofa and a large streaming tv. The home is decorated with tasteful artwork and there are beautiful tile floors throughout. Need to get some remote work done? No problem, home has hi-speed internet ready for your work stay. Enjoy a relaxing evening or morning coffee on the private patio complete with a wonderful patio set. The patio has many trees and greenery surrounding it which attracts many varieties of birds. From the front door it is just a short walk to the private gated entrance to the spectacular Ventana Canyon #98 Hiking Trail. This wonderful resort style community has majestic mountain views, two community pools with spas, walking trails throughout the community and is located close to Tucson's best shopping and restaurants. From the condominium, Basha's Grocery is just minutes away as well as incredible local restaurant favorites, like Commoner & Co. and El Charro Café. Take a short drive to the La Encantada shopping center. There you will enjoy a great shopping experience. Stores such as Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Francesca's, and Tiffany & Co. to name just a few. I had a great week-long stay at McFadden's condo in early November. Setting up the stay and my arrival and departure were seamless. The condo was just as pictured, and the bed was very comfortable. The screened-in porch was perfect for relaxing or a little nap. I was pleased to find common spices in the cupboard & coffee in the pantry.
