Welcome to our beloved, one-of-a-kind retreat nestled on the west side of town in the Tucson Mountains.   
  
If serenity and escape are what you're looking for - you've found the perfect spot! And with amazing proximity to downtown, this quiet 3.75 acre property is a gorgeous and peaceful home away from home that you relish after a day working or exploring.  
  
Main house can sleep up to 6 guests  
Of note: 2 additional guests can be accommodated by booking via our sister listing which includes the guest house!  
  
\*This house is situated off of a private dirt road.   
(Access and clearance have never posed issues in the past).   
  
Please note that while the property is secluded, the valley carries sound to neighboring estates. We ask that you keep outdoor noise to a reasonable and mindful volume for your entire stay with emphasis on nighttime quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.

\*Trash cans get wheeled to the end of driveway for Thursday morning pickup. Please leave any recycling for the cleaning crew to dispose of off-site.

Linens can stay on the beds.  
Please run a final dishwasher load.

Maintaining upstanding rapport with our neighbors is our goal! Speed limits must be adhered to as you approach and depart the house, and we ask that you are mindful of noise levels when outdoors.  
  
Absolutely no unauthorized gatherings! Guests outside of the booking require written consent from hosts.  
  
No fireworks or explosives of any kind!  
  
Shooting is strictly prohibited on this property!  
  
No commercial filming or photography allowed on property.  
  
If something is broken or damaged during your stay, we understand that life happens, but please let us know!

Points forts : Propreté

This place is amazing. Beautiful home in a beautiful location that was peaceful and quiet and surrounded by cactus. Short distance to Saguaro National Park, and close to Tucson but you feel like you are still in the National Park. The home is really comfortable, great furnishings, big open space for kitchen and living areas, great outdoor covered patios for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the house had everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. Roadrunner Property Care is outstanding, all of their communication was excellent and very responsive, and all instructions and info was super clear. Everything about this place was perfect.
