We had requested to cancel as my husband had back surgery but he felt up to going so we went. The host did move us to another unit but told me that I had requested to cancel so thus the bed breaking looked suspicious. This was appalling. We are 66 years old and why in the heck would we try and sabotage a bed. I yes had asked for my money back because it was a huge inconvenience to repack up and move rooms at 10:00 at night so this is where she interjected the response of us having requested to cancel. It was narcissistic behavior. It was very offensive to our integrity. All she would have had to do was say a simple I’m so sorry. Move us to another room with no accusations towards us. Poor. Poor host.
