It was clean when we checked in and the kitchen area is small but well equipped. Bed was quite comfortable. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute.
