PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. We brought our road bikes and enjoyed Mt Lemmon & Huckleberry bike path. The house is ideally located for this. The neighbourhood is very quiet with outstanding view on the mountains in the distance. Fantastic pool with terrace and spa heated where you can enjoy the stars. The hosts are super helpful when needed and answer their text very quickly. I rated it 4 star vs 5 stars because the pool was dirty. It appeared to have not been maintained in a while. One of the reasons i chose the property was for the pool and our visit was in July. We received a message the day before our departure that the pool would be cleaned the next morning. Unfortunately the next morning we were flying back home to ATL. ##### Vonetta J. The swimming pool was clean and of a good size, a huge hit with our kids especially after a day of hiking. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking oil. Besides the major kitchen appliances, we are grateful for the small ones too like the coffee maker, blender, electric water kettle, etc. it was very convenient for us to make meals, tea and snacks. We even found the decorations and artwork very interesting and tastefully done. It feels like home. The host is super responsive for any questions I had.
