Communication with Vacasa was anything but. We had 5 people and did not have enough sheets. I called the 800 number only to be told that per our contract we were not entitled to another pair of sheets. I questioned the person who I was speaking with and he became angry with me and very unprofessional. I asked to speak to someone in charge, after a brief hold he told me someone would call me back. I never received (and still haven’t) received a phone call. I then used the text message to try to get in touch with someone to get a set of sheets. They did not respond for over 24 hours. Our last day around 9 am, before the 10 am checkout, there was a woman hanging outside of the condo with a bottle of Tide in her hand. She was just waiting for us to leave.
