Keep it simple at this peaceful and charming 2 BR townhome. Great location situated on private acreage slightly north of Green Valley. Convenient base for birding, hiking and photography in Madera Canyon. Enjoy the Titan Missile Museum, Tubac, Tumacacori Mission, Tucson Gem & mineral Show, Tucson Rodeo, Mine tours, Pima Air & Space Museum, visiting family in Green Valley, Sahuarita. 5 minutes to I-19. Easy drive to airport. Well stocked full kitchen. Washer & dryer and garage. GREAT location! Relax in this charming, cozy 2 bedroom townhome with east facing covered patio and courtyard on private acreage. Step inside to enjoy the charming and comfortable open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Move on through to bask in the sunshine or relax on your lovely covered patio and courtyard with glimpses of the Santa Rita mountains, as well as resident quail, hummingbirds, cottontails, butterflies and roadrunners. Unwind as you grill and savor your meal on the patio or try one of our local restaurants. Be sure to enjoy the beautiful sunset and unsurpassed stargazing under our world famous “dark sky” location. Sleep well in either the Master bedroom featuring a king size bed, or the 2nd bedroom which has a queen bed. Both have ceiling fans, room darkening blinds and very soft sheets and an extra blanket. The bath has plush towels, a tiled tub/shower combination, vanity, hair dryer and commode. Enter this newly renovated property through a private drive. The inviting mediterranean villa style townhome is barely visible, set well back from the street, tucked behind a large green oleander hedge and brick wall, which along with native desert trees, cacti and succulents surrounds the acreage and gives a “secluded retreat” feel to the location. We can be available via text during the day and are available most evenings as needed. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message or call the numbers found in the binder on the table. We hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Conveniently located in Sahuarita, a safe, friendly, peaceful town south of Tucson, there is a park just up the street. This town home is set back from the road and feels private and quiet. This is a nice area if you like to walk or bike ride and you will see neighborhood people out for walks, and bike rides during the day. Garage parking for 2 mid-size cars. A convenient base for birding, hiking, and photography in Madera canyon. Easy access to I-19 and the Tucson Airport. 5 minutes to Titan missile Museum, 20 Minutes from South Tucson, 1 hour to Patagonia Lake, 1 hour to Karchner Caverns, enjoy the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, Mine Tours, Tumacacori and San Xavier Missions, Tubac, Tucson Rodeo, Pima Air and Space Museum and much more. Greet the day refreshed and smell the coffee brewing in your fully stocked kitchen, complete with Keurig coffee maker, with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and sugar included, blender, toaster, pots and pans. Full size appliances include stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing detergent, cleaning products, laundry detergent and dryer sheets included. Two exterior video cameras cover the entry way and area in front of the garage.
