Listing was accurate and communication very smooth. We were a bit surprised by the small size of the alley access and parking - our minivan just fit within the gate. Everything was in good working order and the beds were really comfy. As other reviewers have said, it is very close to University of Arizona (you can even see the football stadium from the property). This was the perfect little place and I wished we had found it several years earlier because we would have stayed here when we visited. This is a small 2 bedroom place that served our needs. The house is orderly, clean, and has everything to make the stay feel like home. Great outdoor patio and barbecue for relaxing evenings at home after long hikes and bike rides.
