Being able to walk right out to the bike trail and start walking was a big plus for me. And access to the Ventanna Hiking Trail was great. The unit itself is well maintained and stocked. 2 BR 2 BA with the screened in lanai made for very comfortable accommodations. If you're looking for a luxurious unit, this is not for you. We had a wonderful stay in this condo in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub, but we did not use it due to cold weather. We enjoyed having a washer & dryer, a walk-in closet and plenty of drawers to put your clothes. The master bedroom had a king size mattress. The second bedroom had a queen size mattress. There were two bathrooms and the master bathroom had two sinks. All kitchen appliances worked as expected. The Christmas decorations gave the place a festive touch. We especially enjoyed the large screen HD TV in the living room. There is easy access to a hiking trail that goes up Ventana Canyon.
