This single-story home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a layout that gives you both privacy and flexibility. Great location for travel working or a relaxing readaway (plenty of books all around)! The large primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a big closet, a dresser, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a bonus space attached to the primary, great for a work-from-home setup or just a quiet corner to yourself. The two other bedrooms each have queen-size beds, dressers and closets, and one includes a mounted TV.  
  
The home has multiple living areas: a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, a separate family room at the front of the house, plus a dedicated dining area and a bonus room with a desk for extra workspace or hobbies, and opens up to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishes, and essentials, and there's also a breakfast nook that connects with the laundry, which includes a full-size washer and dryer.  
  
The other bathroom features a tub/shower combo, clean and convenient. Flooring is a mix of tile and laminate throughout, and there are large closets and plenty of storage options, including 23 outdoor storage areas. Two sliding doors open up to a big, covered patio and a fully fenced backyard that backs up to a wash, no rear neighbors, and you get peaceful mountain views. The carport fits two vehicles, and the driveway has space for more.  
  
This home is furnished and stocked with essentials like towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Pest control and landscaping are taken care of, so everything stays tidy and well-kept. It's military-owned, and we're happy to offer a military discount. Virtual showings are available if you want a closer look.
