The fire alarm went off twice during the middle of the night which made my elderly mother and children scared. Instead of the person who made sure to let me know she was the manager..being considerate of the circumstance she was short and rude when asked how do we know we are safe and the false alarms aren’t real

We tried to deal with the issues best we could until they could send someone to fix it. (it would alarm randomly) All is good now. We do hope you give us another chance to show you a good stay. Room was dirty, smelled like curry indian food. Stains on big blankets, breakfast was not good at all. For the price we paid was not worth it at all, my wife myself and my twin daughters were very disappointed overall.

Good morning David,I'm very sorry you had issues. Not sure about the smell, but some of the blankets had bleach stains on them (washed on wrong cycle). We have since replaced theoffending blankets. We are gearing up for our remodel which should have happened in 2020, but COVID kicked it out. I liked the location. Everything including the pool area was very clean. The bathrooms were old and needed new molding around the tub/shower. The carpets in the halls was old and dirty looking.

Only complaints are that the property is situated within a large group of auto dealerships so it is lit up brightly at night & the walls are a little thin so noise from neighbors is a bit too loud. Staff & rooms/beds & cleanliness are great.

I have been a customer since 1998. Expensive rate for the general conditions of the hotel. Dirty and old sofas and hallway carpets. the wifi signal intermittent. Do not stay in room 105. It needs urgent remodeling.

Very pleasant surprise.
Loved that this property has a dog run area that has actual grass. Also was pleasantly surprised that it has a brand new Charge Point electric vehicle charging station. Everything else was "normal" which these days is actually better than expected. :-)

People upstairs were noisy, comode was clogged up. My wife mistakenly left an expensive sweater there & when we called them they kept bouncing us around to different extensions. So we called my son in Tucson to go and try to get it, they denied it was there. And the cleaning lady said she never saw it. It wasn't with us in the car and we didn't go anywhere but there. I know someone was lying. I won't go there again. I know it was my wifes fault, but i also know that we didn't go any place but there and we didn't Drop it.
