This stunning 3,000 sq ft custom southwest traditional home (with an additional 1,000+ sq feet of covered patios) is situated on 3.3 private acres in the Tortolita Mountains foothills of the northern Tucson area, adjacent to the Dove Mountain resort community.   
  
The majestic Sonoran Desert is breathtaking and perfect for biking, hiking or just relaxing and taking in the surrounding beauty. Enjoy the private setting with incredible views while maintaining a close proximity to shopping, great restaurants and some of the best golf Tucson has to offer.  
  
COURTYARD  
Open the gate to the serenity of the front courtyard, perfect for enjoying your morning tea, curling up with a book, or sharing intimate dinners. The soothing fountain, whimsical hummingbirds, comfortable furnishings, and magical evening lighting offer unique solitude and a calm hideaway.  
  
INTERIOR SPACES  
The villa interior opens to the spacious great room with polished concrete floors, high beamed ceilings and impressive custom woodwork throughout. With its championship billiard table, 60-inch flat screen, Bose surround sound and the latest media choices, this great room offers countless entertainment options.   
  
Discerning cooks will feel inspired in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted on par with a primary residence complete with stocked spice cabinet, and a full compliment of gadgets, small appliances and even china place settings. No detail has been spared. (Many guests comment that it is better outfitted than their own kitchens at home!)  
  
The over-sized king Primary Suite is beautifully appointed and includes an office work space, views of the Catalina Mountains and direct access to the covered patio, hot tub and swimming pool. The Primary Suite bath provides a large walk-in shower with dual heads, and separate soaking tub perfect for indoor relaxation.  
  
The Primary Suite and three equally charming guest rooms all include flat screen TVs with DishTV/Hopper DVR access and Blu-ray DVD players.   
  
Bed arrangement includes: Primary Suite - King, 'Tahoe Bedroom' - King, 'Southwest Bedroom' - Queen, and 'Route 66 Bedroom' - 1 Queen & 1 Full.

While the home's interior is very comfortably furnished and equipped, Arizona life is all about the outdoors. Enjoy the exquisite weather year-round from the expansive outdoor living spaces including fully furnished covered patios, spa and heated swimming pool with natural boulder water feature just steps away.   
  
Lose yourself in the surrounding beauty, sunning in the lagoon or napping on the covered pool-side Bali Bed by day; or gazing at the stars and city lights while gathered around the gas fire feature by night. This Sonoran oasis is truly enchanting with its intimate privacy, solitude, and surrounding desert foothills beauty.  
  
Transportation Notes: the route to Casa Campana includes a very short (1/8th mile) segment of flat, compacted gravel road between our lane and the city street. This is not unusual for the area.

We felt so fortunate to have found this splendid place in our search for a perfect Southwest vacation home. Many times in the past, we have found vacation homes fail to live up to their posted photos, but this home and grounds, however, managed to even exceed the beautiful, posted photos. We loved the Southwest architecture, and the super well-appointed interior was much appreciated, including the upscale bedding, the awesome pool table, the extremely well-equipped kitchen, the pervasive AV/multi-media options, and so many more than we can list; the proprietors truly thought of everything that anyone could wish for in a vacation home. The attention to detail is truly incredible!The exquisite Southwest landscaping provides the perfect backdrop for the amazing swimming pool, astounding rock waterfall, and the many tranquil fountains. Watching a hummingbird take an extended bath on the top of the cactus fountain was surreal. The plethora of comfortable seating options in both the front and back gardens provided the perfect respite no matter where the sun was.Proprietor Mark provided comprehensive customer care from before we arrived till after we returned home, ensuring everything was perfect during our entire stay.We were sad to leave and hope to one day return to Casa Campana!

#### This beautiful home is a rare find in every way!

Stunning views, very clean and such a well maintained home. Lovely spacious areas are set up to make everyone feel comfortable. It is so well stocked and thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed. An absolutely gorgeous setting and very private! We will definitely be back! #### Spring Break 2025 

This is by far the nicest property that I have rented in AZ . For my family it’s all about the outdoor living space and this property exceeded our expectations! We were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to hang out together ! Loved the landscaping and small details inside and outside of this property. This house is well stocked with anything you could possibly need . Mark checked it through out our stay to make sure everything was perfect ! Hope to come back in the future !

#### Amazing stay

Everything was as promised and absolutely amazing. When we loaded up to head home both my kids asked if we could come back to this house. The exterior was so relaxing and perfect, while the inside was just right for the one colder day we had. The communication from owners was amazing and any questions were answered within minutes. Both during our stay and leading up to it. Something I have come across in the past is management companies that take hours or days and time on hold waiting for an answer. It immediately ruins the day. Nothing like that at all, Mark was always available and the information and recommendations provided prior to arrival and on property were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our trip to Casa Campana. Mark and Susan have a lovely home to share. The backyard area is stunning with multiple areas to sit / lay and enjoy the scenery day and / or night. Plenty of room in the house as well with directions on how to use everything. Mark checked in to ensure everything remained to the high standards he wants his visitors to enjoy during their / our stay. 10 / 10 review.

#### An Absolute Gem. A week of total relaxation and tranquility.

This quiet, private, desert oasis is an absolute gem. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the large well-furnished luxurious outdoor living area with pool and flowering gardens on 3.3 acres that rivals views of the nearby Saguaro National Park. We spent many happy hours dining and conversing with family members while watching the hummingbirds pollinate the salvia right next to the outdoor dining, and a large variety of desert birds enjoying the ocotillo, bottlebrush, lantana, yucca, trumpet vines, and more intermingled with saguaro, prickly pear, and several other cacti perfectly arrayed around the pool. This place was a bird paradise. Several birds came to the gorgeous garden: hummingbirds, black-headed Orioles, Verdins, Woodpeckers, black-throated Sparrow, Lesser Gold Finch, Bell’s Vireo, curve-billed Thrasher, Gambel’s Quail, Ash-throated Flycatcher and Pyrrhuloxia. It’s unbelievable. The house itself is very well designed for both fun and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked. Instructions, notes, and labels were on everything. The owners, Mark and Susan, were gracious and helpful promptly answering questions we had at every stage of the rental process. We truly felt that they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We left with a sense of wonder about this home, the beauty of its natural location, the amazingly landscaped grounds, the graciousness of our hosts, and just felt happy that we had the chance to stay in such a special spot.

#### Loved this special wildlife oasis!

We had a group of 5 friends staying together in this very special home. It was perfect for us - plenty of space, lots of sitting areas for quiet time alone, or chatting with each other. I had a hard time leaving the backyard. The views were just spectacular. The guys watched a lot of college basketball playoffs, men and women’s, on the huge tv from the very comfortable sofa. The location of the house was very convenient for all of our needs, and we loved the quiet neighborhood. The house was equipped beautifully. We made all of our breakfasts in the house and one final dinner using the outdoor grill. There wasn’t a single utensil that wasn’t provided! Mark was terrific - a good communicator and gracious host. I feel certain we will return and are already checking our calendars.

#### Tucson oasis

Six of us stayed in this cozy house for 6 days. We had more than enough room. We explored the area and had fun playing ping pong , pool and sitting in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this house and host. We had everything on could possibly want when away from home. Also the beds were very comfy! We would definitely stay here again.

#### Incredible Tucson Property!

We have been renting houses for vacations for about five years and Casa Campana was by far the best overall experience we have ever had. We had two three-person families (all related) and our dad, for a seven-person group. Communication before we arrived was comprehensive and timely. When we arrived, the fans were on, the air was on, music was playing and a lovely gift bag was waiting for us. We have never felt so welcomed! Amenities were in large supply, including paper towels, diswashing pellets, detergent and other disposable products that we normally have to purchase at the grocery store. Value and convenient! The property is secluded, quiet, immaculate and a wonderful place to enjoy Tucson. The online photos don't do it justice. The house itself, on the inside, is even nicer than the photos indicate. It is truly amazing. We rarely eat out on these trips and the kitchen was loaded with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, knives, silverware and anything else we might need. We also utilized the outdoor cooking area and it is sensational. Everything is in working order and maintained to the highest standards. We enjoyed many games of pool in the billiard room. Televisions are all cable-equipped with instructions. WIFI was strong. Extra bonus - parking both cars in the garage to keep them out of the heat. The outdoor living area and pool were heavily used and are spectacular! We can't wait to come back and give Casa Campana our highest recommendation. Could not be happier! Thanks!

#### Amazing house!

This is truly an amazing house. We have been renting properties all over the world for decades, and this is one of the finest we have ever stayed at. Impeccably maintained and set up for your convenience. Everything is automated so that you don't have to worry about a thing. We had a family of five adults - parents and our daughter, son and daughter-in-law. Lots of space to hang together or to be alone and peaceful. Mark was a fantastic host, very communicative and even bought yoga blocks so I didn't have to pack them. Would heartily recommend to anyone staying in Tucson!

#### Magical Home

We had a wonderful stay in Tucson over the Christmas period. The owners made this exceptional property even better by anticipating our every need and hosting us so we felt right at home. They accommodated us when we needed to change due to weather and made certain we were comfortable. The home is immaculate and well stocked. Great private location but still close enough to groceries, etc. The backyard is amazing and the Bali Bed is a magical experienced. We witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We hope to return to Tucson and would absolutely stay at this property. Thank you to Mark and Susan.

#### Wonderful Thanksgiving

Hosted my wife’s family for Thanksgiving. Simply a wonderful setting for a wonderful day. The house is perfect. Communications up front were excellent and reassuring. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Mark made it easy all around. The amenities are first rate. I definitely recommend staying here. It’s a quiet side of Tucson and close to all the outdoor activities you need and a short drive off of I-10 to get you downtown if you need.

#### Magnificent Desert Oasis

I can’t stress enough how magnificent this house and outdoor oasis is. The house is beautifully furnished and is so well equipped from the kitchen, luxury soaps in each of the bathrooms, outdoor furnishings, landscaping, to the pool toys. The owner, Mark, checked in with us periodically to ensure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we had. It was a great personal touch. We have been spoiled for any future VRBO rental. We will definitely be staying here again.

#### Your own private resort

Amazing property and very helpful and attentive hosts. The house has a resort like feel and is perfect for a large group. Everyone can gather together for games, billiards, ping pong or a swim, but you can also find your own comfortable reprieve on one of the many outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated having all of the mundane must haves covered (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc). There’s a grocery a mere 5 minutes away and may local attractions within a 30 min drive. We had a lovely stay and will certainly return when we can!
