The Spectrum service was very responsive and helpful when we locked ourselves out of the unit! The backyard is very comfortable with a nice grill, fireplace and lovely views. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and very walkable. The pool was also very nice and not very crowded. My only complaint is that we rented this thinking it had a King bed because of the description on the site but when we arrived for our 2.5mo stay, it was only a queen bed. Not well equipped though, weird TV set-up and missing proper information on how to use all electronics. Home itself is nice, but lacked some supplies and basic maintenance. Carpets were wet when we checked in so we had to cover the floors with towels. but it was dry by the following day. Electricity went out on the weekend, I called emergency maintenance, I was told no one was there to help on the weekends. I asked the neighbour to help me, which he did, and eventually someone from management came to check we had lights and heat. Nice fireplace. Nice patio. Showers need maintenance.
