How cozy the house felt. The hot tub was nice after a long day to relax and unwind. My husband and I love to go rock hunting. He’s a geologist so going to Lake Michigan was our number one priority and it did not disappoint. It’s only a little over an hour drive from the house. We also got to go to Mackinac Island, which was really cool to see the horse and buggy all of the bikes and we got to see the arch rock so cool to see in person well worth the drive. The house was good felt clean the only thing the house could use a little sprucing up and a brand new showerhead in the bathroom but we would stay there again." The kitchen was well set up and provided good protection from rain. The double bed mattress is comfy memory foam. Not a lot of space in the bedroom for bags/extras so pack light! We struggled to find firewood so bring your own or go to The Dairy Doo or Gib’s locally. The property is fun to wander but doesn’t really have actual trails. We used the grill, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge and it was perfect to make simple meals. We recommend for a glamping experience!!
