The Harris Hotel is in a great location and very well cared for. The staff were all very friendly and looked after all our needs. I have booked another night for the end of my trip.

This hotel is awesome for the price I paid. The staff are amazing and super friendly. The breakfast is top with so much variety to choose from. The location of the hotel and the airport is super close so makes for an extremely handy hotel to go to if you arrive late at night. Thank you so much Harris hotel for making our stay so memorable :)

Pro: free airport shuttle (once every hour, no need to reserve), super close to the airport (can even walk), rooms are quiet, modern, environmentally friendly (reusable water bottles, refillable shower/shampoo bottles, etc.), good breakfast that starts super early (one time it was 3.30am another time it's 6.30am, i have no idea why the time changes, but it's def earlier than other hotels) Con: bad maintenance and condition (safe didn't work, hotel brought a new one still didn't work, had to move to another room, then sink didn't work, shower drain was clogged), need to walk about 10 mins to busy area for food, massage, shopping (that's where Holiday Inn, Fairfield Marriott, and some other big hotels are located), but Harris is cheaper and better value for money if you don't mind the 10 min walk.

Good: Free shuttle to the airport at 12 pm noon/checkout time. The breakfast buffet (12 AUD or 120K INR) is good with fresh watermelon juice, bread, pasta, fruits, crossiants, cupcakes, rice, sausage and lots more. There is supposed to be a shuttle from the airport but the airport itself was a bit hard to navigate so I just took a taxi for 10AUD to the hotel, could have taken a scotter taxi for <5AUD. For dinner I had Nasi Campur Tuaban 8.5 AUD which was the best dinner I had room serviced to , I said I was hungry and wanted extra chicken and they gave me lots of food. More good : The hotel is a bit old but the staff go way beyond to make your stay comfy, they do not hurry at all, they listen to you. They showed me my room, the pool which is good and a good gym. The staff are excellent. The staff alone make the stay worth it. If you dont like noise, get rooms farther away from the main area, mine was 330 so on the topmost floor very far from the lobby and I liked it. More good stuff: There is good wifi (25 Mbps) with very strong reception. There is a desk with table&chair with powerpoint for almost all countries. I arrived at 6 am lol but I was allowed to sit in the lounge until a room was available at 12 noon. I chilled with my laptop. The toilet had a very nice bidet that nearly pushed water inside :-). There are lights and switches for bed, desk, toilet, passage, side bed etc. The AC is ice cold. The bad: a bit old and towels smelled bad, bring your own towels.

I stayed briefly after arriving at the airport as it is only a short distance. Considering i got the room at a low price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The room and hotel was clean and had great facilities. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in close proximity to the airport.

Surrounding area is dirty but in terms of proximity To the airport was excellent. Could not really go out to eat, ate at the hotel. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean.

Everyone was very friendly at the place. The pool was very nice. It is very close to the airport, yet we didn’t hear airplanes constantly. The room was clean and spacious.

The Harris Hotel was great for my short two night stay. I had a late flight and didn’t check in until 1:00am it was no problem. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of food options. I would definitely stay again!
