The interior decor is special for out of towners, with its strong southwest flavor plus a spectacular view of the mountains. Here I felt like our cool Aunt let us crash at her place. It wasn't fancy but very home-y. It wasn't under decorated, but full of desert and Mexican themed art and trinkets. We loved it, and the pool was very welcoming as the day heated up. We've stayed at casitas a little further from the highway and it had been quieter but the back of the house, where you really hang out, is not bad.... Kind of like white noise in the background.
