Hotel adjoined to Moko Mall and MTR
"The hotel is adjoined Moko Shopping Mall and Mongkok East MTR linked to the mall within a few minutes walk. I did not try any of the restaurants in the hotel during my stay. There are many choices for food within the mall and many restaurants along the streets nearby outside of Moko."
"Old British style luxury hotel with lots of character. The location has easy access to local transport, including subway entrance within 60 feet of the entrance as well as two-three short blocks to the Star Ferry station. World class shopping is literally feet away with every luxury brand store imaginable within three blocks along with a world-class mall on top of that.

"Excellent hotel, extremely well organised and all aspects managed to a high standard. Our entire stay was flawless from check in, housekeeping, breakfasts, club facilites and checkout. All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. AN excellent choice. "
"Love Shangri-la Kowloon, used to stay here for the last 15yrs. Hotel is nice, service is great, but Shangri-la's people are exceptional professionals that always delight me. This time the top person was Mr. Felix Yang that completed check-in swiftly and smoothly exceeding our expectations. Will be back!"

"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."
"They know that they are far from stations, so they provide shuttle service every 10-15 minutes. It is really convenient given that it is available all the time.
The staff and management are kind, too. Our flight to Hong Kong was cancelled at first (our first night stay at the hotel) and they were able to make necessary changes to accommodate our new travel dates. We just presented proof of flight cancellation and they accepted it."
