After you enjoy the cool fresh air, sounds of birds chirping and the hushing river from the 9 acre property; step in through the front door and see the first floor open up to a centralized, glass dining room with panoramic views of the property’s breathtaking waterfall, bustling river and surrounding forest.

This tucked-away home built just feet from the broad stone-filled Pacolet River offers a modern home feel with a country charm and panoramic views. Features include 2 traditional bedrooms, along with a third “camp” room setup for kids or those who are kids at heart. The house sleeps 8 comfortably and offers a Tesla plug-in adapter and outside plug-in!
Relax in the large living room and enjoy a board game. Create new memories while you cook in the fully equipped kitchen or at the dining room table that can seat up to 8.
** please note we have a cottage next door that is not a part of this property rental. It has its own separate entrance!
📺 Upstairs you’ll find a second living room loft with TV, as well as a Foosball area that overlooks the river and waterfall. The riverside fireplace is a great way to end your day and make S’mores. Our guests love how the place brings everyone together.

While traveling in the mountains and enjoying the amazing views, phone signals can be spotty at times. - High-Speed Internet from Starlink -
While all of our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside.

*The Space
🛌 Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms in total.
1. Downstairs bedroom with king bed
2. Queen bed upstairs.
3. A bunk bed with a full bottom, a twin on top, and two twin beds
There is also a portable crib if needed.
🥘 *Kitchen:
Large fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and ice maker. Dining room table for up to 8. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!
🚿 🛁 *Bathrooms:
Master bath on the second floor— walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Guest bath on main— shower.
All are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.
*Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum, broom, and general cleaning supplies.
*Entertainment:
Smart TV in the loft with Chromecast to play any of your personal media apps that are Chromecast enabled. Smart TV in the camp room. Multiple board games, card games, and a Foosball table.
*Outside:
The backyard's focus is the waterfall, fun, and relaxation! There is a hanging porch swing along with rocking chairs.

There is an outdoor wood-burning fire pit on the river with views of the waterfall.
*Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than the lower-level storage area and a few of the bedroom closets. The rest of the property, both inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck and by the river are not tolerated.
*We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.
*We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

**VERY IMPORTANT:
If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and will need to leave if this happens.
Examples:
Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.
Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 8 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 8th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
Guest access
A vehicle is needed to get around. The roads in the community are gravel and have inclines and declines as we are in the mountains. While accessible by most vehicles it is suggested to have front-wheel drive, AWD, or 4x4 in the winter when there is the potential for snow.
