There were dirty towels piled in the shower, the bed had not been changed, urine on the back of the toilet, 2 dead cockroaches, so unlikely they have swept the floor in a while. I called their emergency number, and their customer service numbers. They said they would "try" to get someone out there to clean. It took about 8 calls and 3 hours before they finally agreed to refund my money because they couldn't find anyone to clean. I was really disappointed because it looked like a nice place and was in a great location, but I will not stay with this company again. Terrible service and I would not trust them again. On top of that the refund did not include the expedia service charge, so we ended up paying almost $50 for nothing since we didn't stay there.
