The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant served really good food. The room price was very good. Hotel is close to Train station, close to attractions and restaurants.The room was small, no lotion. TV was not working, the staff changed the remote quickly but the reception for the channels was bad. Only 3 channels work. the shower drained slowly, the tub was filled, the water temperature would go from too hot to too cold. The shower was dripping hours after showering, I had to place a towel in the tub to drown out the sound. You can hear everything from the next room and the streets.

Excellent location right next to train station, very clear rooms, friendly reception, very tasty restaurant (recommended!), and assistance with bags. The garage could use a face lift, making it easier to navigate and cleaner. Very friendly garage attendant!

Extremely convenient to the train station making it a perfect spot to start and end if you’re visiting Puglia and flying in and out of Bari. We stayed there the night we arrived in Italy and the night before we left.. They advertise they will hold your luggage prior to check in if you arrive early but better than that they got us right into our rooms hours before check in super convenient. The area around the train station isn’t amazing but the hotel is clean nice and classy and the restaurant is very good too for inclusive breakfast or a late dinner.

Very bright and modern lobby. Easy check-in. Room was “IKEA” modern style. We attended a promotion, “Live in the Hall” in the lobby bar. Fixed price for a drink and a selection of appetizers. Very congenial staff and a great piano player who allowed me to join in. Buffet breakfast included, with ample choice. Certainly a good place to stay if traveling by train as it is only a short walk from the station.

Best location for train. Literally a few minutes from the station and easy to sight from the main road. Quite clean and comfortable. Only thing missing from a 4 star property - Slippers! Value for money

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The hotel's cleanliness was definitely a highlight – the rooms were well-maintained, and the overall environment felt fresh and inviting. One of the key factors that led us to choose this hotel was its proximity to the train station. It's incredibly convenient for travelers like us who rely on public transportation. The short walk from the station to the hotel made our arrival and departure hassle-free. While the hotel's location was a bit distant from the city center, it wasn't a major issue for us as we had chosen this hotel primarily for its convenience to the train station. We understood the trade-off and were prepared for a slightly longer commute to the city's attractions.

NEW building, impeccable 4 star hotel! Rooms have no carpets, they are perfectly clean. On top of that this hotel has a fine dining restaurant with incredible service and food, at a low price. A 4-course meal including a big glass of wine for 28 euros. Breakfast (included with room price) is also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bari. It is also steps from the main train station

Checked in for 1 night, aircon noisy in room, only supplied 1 large towel when 2 of us had been booked in. Hairdryer in bathroom was falling apart, room looked as though it was for disabled access and should have been advised of this before visit, it wasnt a cheap room either.Breakfast served with paper cups, expected a higher standard and was left severely disappointed

The hotel was on a 3-star level. Basic breakfast options, room average, no room slippers or bathrobe and check-in is very late at 3pm. The main benefit is proximity to the station.

It is a lovely hotel and the service is very good. Unfortunately it is in a poor location which is dirty, a little run-down and full of graffiti. Being near the station, there are also many beggars in the area (sadly).

Hotel was very nice, close to train station and 20 minute walk to old town. Front staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Parking is next to impossible in this area and air conditioner did not work well at all. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Time to check in was 2pm, ww had to still wait 45 min!!!as they said room was not ready, Also this hotel appears as 4 stars, and the room was so old furniture wise, and didnt even had a pen, didnt even had a kettle and had plastic cups in the room. Defo not a 4 star hotel at all when you look at the rooms!!!

Calm in the midst of chaos
A very nice hotel in the midst of the chaos that is central station. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Dinner in the hotel was also very good and service was attentive. The staff were all helpful and pleasant

It was very close to Stazione Centrale. We took tne bus to Naples aftetwards and the stop was also very convenient. We found the staff in reception to be very helpful . Excellent breakfast!
