"we have stayed here more than once but this time we were not happy the pool wasn't open, they said it was under repairs, this should have been told to me when I called and I asked about the pool and they said yes, we have a pool, they should have said yes, we have a pool but its not open, not right, we will probably not stay there next year on our way to va beach, sad to say"

"Such a spacious, family and budget friendly stay! We have toddlers so we did have to relocate fragile items during our stay and the stairs leading to the separate rental were a safety concern. "

If you’re into nature this better be on your list. We didn’t need a single thing. Unfortunately we didn’t utilize the property because we were there for a weekend but I promise you this we will be back to enjoy the property. "This property is a wonderful place to stay if looking for beautiful sun rises and sunsets, beautiful views, and quiet, peaceful surroundings. The home was spacious and wonderful. We loved the central room, containing a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room (open floor plan). This room allowed everyone to be together and enjoy home cooked meals and lively conversation. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the river, barbecuing, and spending quality family time together."
