It is a 5 minute drive from downtown Truckee that has great restaurants and shopping. The only feedback I have is for clarity on whether the park could be used. There is a path, so we assumed we could use the dog park. Would have been excellent if the home had an accessible grills wasn’t sure if we could use the one in the garage. Property manager was helpful when I reached out about the hot tub. Low pressure in the bathroom sink and there was a whole egg in the drain that we found while washing dishes. One neighbor seemed to be annoyed that we stayed at the house. No idea why.
