Truckee (7 min) - Donner lake (7 min) - Lake Tahoe (30 min)  
  
Experience unparalleled comfort in this unique luxury home, perfect for families and gatherings. The chef's kitchen features high-end appliances and an extra-large dining table, ideal for memorable meals together. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes, or challenge friends to a game of pool or board games in the cozy entertainment area, complete with a 77" TV. The master bath is a spa-like haven, boasting heated floors, a jet tub, and a steam shower for ultimate relaxation.  
Master bedroom has California King bed.  
Two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds.  
Two downstairs bedrooms have bunk beds.

 MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.  
  
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.   
  
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
