Escape to luxury and create unforgettable memories in the breathtaking Tahoe/Sierra mountains! Our beautifully renovated 2,700 sq/ft home features a warm and inviting atmosphere, surrounded by towering pines. With 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy top-of-the-line furnishings, appliances, a relaxing hot tub, a magnificent fireplace, & plush bedding. Ideal for a family retreat, where luxury meets adventure and memories are made to last a lifetime.  
The space  
Escape to the serene setting of "Sierra Escape", a newly renovated home located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to Truckee/Tahoe and your own private oasis. Experience ultimate comfort with a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, a spacious 75" TV, charming knotty pine ceilings, and all the modern conveniences you could need. Cook like a pro in the fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and gleaming quartzite counters.  
  
Master Suite: Retreat to the Master Suite, tucked away above the garage, for ultimate privacy. Indulge in a restful night's sleep in the comfortable California King bed or the convenient queen-sized murphy bed. Enjoy some downtime in the cozy living area, complete with a kitchenette, TV, fireplace, and private deck.  
  
Two additional living spaces are in the home;  
\- the “music room”, with a piano and sitting area that leads out to a deck. The afternoon sun in this room is spectacular!  
\- an office loft with a desk, monitor and printer.  
  
Bedroom 1: two queen size beds with new Tuft and Needle mattresses  
Bedroom 2: Restoration Hardware full over full bunk bed  
Bedroom 3: Restoration Hardware full over full bunk bed with full trundle  
Bedroom 4: studio suite above detached garage, 1 cal king + 1 queen murphy bed  
  
Bathroom 1: located next to bedroom 1, with double sinks, and shower  
Bathroom 2: located in between bunkbed rooms, with a tub.  
Half bath: located off the kitchen.  
Bathroom 3: located in the studio suite, fully remodeled full bathroom  
  
The hot tub/spa and grill on the large front deck provide a stunning view of the sunset among the pines. Enjoy a soak in the large Bullfrog Spa and cook up a meal on the Pit Boss pellet grill.
