Overall great experience but a few smaller issues. First, steep driveway that was very icy with the weather and I definitely needed to shovel/scrape it even with a AWD SUV on all-weather tires. Second floor power was out, (not sure if this wasn't checked beforehand?) but management was helpful in helping me find the circuit breaker to reset things. Ice making wasn't working. Dishwasher a little finicky getting started. But no significant major issues and the kids liked it.
