Fully Remodeled and Refurbished home, Sleeps 11 (up to 13 using Queen air mattress), with Pool Table, New Hot Tub, 1 gas Fireplace in Great Room.  
This completely remodeled and refurbished home is great for one or more families. Situated overlooking the 18th fairway at the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, complete with a new hot tub, sleeping for 13, pool table, recently remodeled kitchen, newly remodeled bedrooms, great room, and den.  
  
Please note: Per county guidelines, the home can accommodate more than 10 guests only if the additional guests are children under 12 years old.

\- Living Room: Seating for 8, gas fireplace, new Sony 65” 4K HD TV with Blu-Ray DVD, iPhone hook-up to play your favorite music, and even an HDMI port for the kids to play games. Hi-speed wireless internet (connection cannot be guaranteed).  
\- Kitchen: Newly updated with upgraded hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a wet bar  
\- Dining Room: Seating for 10 at the main table, seating for 4 at the kitchen island  
\- Den Room: Cozy gas fireplace and sofa, and direct access to expansive deck and new hot tub overlooking the golf course  
\- Bunk Room: Twin bunk bed and twin over full bunk bed, sleeps 5  
\- Bathroom: 3/4 bath with shower, double sinks, and toilet (upgraded tile/faucets/cabinets)

Tahoe Donner Amenities:  
Tahoe Donner is a wonderful, mountainous resort community with its own small downhill ski area, a fantastic cross country ski center, a sledding hill, small market/deli and Recreation Center. The Rec Center offers hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center, saunas, health spa, tennis courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, equestrian center, Golf Club with 18-hole course and driving range, a public restaurant (The Lodge at Tahoe Donner), and a private beach on Donner Lake.  
  
Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner's private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.  
  
Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the upper west end of Truckee. Minutes to Historic Downtown Truckee for shopping and restaurants, and 10-30 minutes to ski area resorts including Tahoe Donner, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Soda Spring, Donner Ski Ranch, Boreal and Royal Gorge Cross Country Center and approximately 40 minutes to Lake Tahoe.

Please respect Tahoe Donner HOA quiet hours.  
Guests will receive a Rental Agreement once the booking is placed. It will need to be emailed back to Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties in order to receive the access information.

This place is perfect for a golf trip. We have 8 guys, and have done our Truckee golf trip for 4 years now. This is the best place we've stayed in 4 years by far. The house has endless amounts of things to do. Pool table, horse shoes, ping pong table, hot tub, everything you need to keep the entertainment at an all time high. The kitchen is nice and spacious, with lots of pots, pans, plates, and a decent amount of spices and that you would normally have to buy. The rooms were clean and overall we had nothing bad to say about this place. We loved it and will definitely be back!

this property is an absolute gem! the house is large and perfect for a large family or a couple of families to share. the house is updated with fun, mountain-vibe decor. the kitchen and great room are perfect - large and comfortable with a killer gas fireplace, huge tv, and pool table. the hot tub and ping pong table add even more fun! every main bedroom has a TV, including on that comes up from the king size canopy bed in the primary suite! we'd stay here again for sure!

#### Cabin had good intentions, but didn't deliver.

Overall, the cabin had the amenities that we wanted: big kitchen, spacious communal area, and hot tub. We were initially blown away by the cabin and its layout. The kitchen was great for all the meals we cooked. The pool table was a nice addition to the house. We loved the back patio and how spacious it was. The hot tub was great. HOWEVER, there were things we could not get over. The floors were not clean at all. They were dirty and grimy. Once we stepped into the cabin, barefooted (because the cabin had a no shoe rule), we felt how dirty the floors were. We wore socks inside the cabin because we didn't like the way the floors felt. In the kitchen, behind the cabinet doors, most of the kitchen supplies were in disarray. Random items in different drawers. There was one cabinet beneath the second sink that had paper bags and random items stuffed in there. The rooms looked and felt like they had not been dusted in a year. I could see dust on the lamp by the night stand. To be fair, this is not the owner's fault. I am aware that a management company oversees this property. Word of advice, please hire a better cleaning crew. I've stayed at so many places in Truckee and have never complained about the floors being dirty. I've always felt comfortable walking around barefoot, but not this time. If not the cleaning crew, then someone should as least go through the kitchen and organize the inventory. Every meal that we cooked, it felt like a scavenger hunt, looking for knives or the right cooking utensil. Also, the cleaning crew showed up EARLY! We were packing our cars and saw the cleaning truck waiting to turn into the driveway. I understand the need to jumpstart on the cleaning, but understand that we also paid for our time at the cabin. Another con: On the morning of check in, we had not received ANY information on how to get in or any welcome packet. I called the office and they told me that I needed to sign the contract before getting the access code. I NEVER received the contract. We booked the cabin 6 months in advance. If a contract was not signed, you would think that management would reach out and ask for a signed contract. I received no communication from them. Fast forward to later that evening when we showed up at the cabin, THE ACCESS CODE DID NOT WORK. I called the office and was told that the code didn't update so they gave me a new one. To say that I'm disappointed with the management company is a complete understatement.

#### Wonderful Home

We had a fantastic stay at this well appointed home. Great location backing to the golf course and tucked off a quiet street. House is very clean and comfortable, beautiful wood throughout. Kitchen has everything, library full of good books, nice pool table, cozy game room. We stayed during a blizzard and the kids had fun playing in the snow around the home, with a sledding hill out back. Tahoe Truckee Vacation Rentals property management team was responsive and helpful. We'd love to visit again.

Awesome layout for friends family or kids. On the Golf Course at Tahoe Donner. Saw coyotes and heard many more at night. Close to downtown Truckee. Very nice! Pool table was the perfect location!

#### Awesome cabin with amazing hot tub!

This was the perfect cabin for 2 families with plenty of space, an awesome pool table, and and amazing hot tub! The back opens up into the woods where we were able to build snowmen and go sledding - right from the cabin without driving anywhere! Other than the cheap dollar store can opener which send me to the ER for stitches, this place was perfectly set up and we would stay there again without hesitation. (If the owners are reading this, please do replace the can opener. We left a note on it, but don't know if that made it past the house cleaners.)

#### Great house, clean, comfy.

Well kept, clean (and I'm picky about that); great bunk bed room next to smaller game room for "kids" so grown ups can sleep upstairs and have their own space. Had to shovel tons of snow from driveway to get in and from back deck to access hot tub- but we arrived right after a storm so the snow removal company had not gotten to it yet. Member/guest passes for Tahoe Donner resort amenities gave great discounts on skiing and snow shoeing. Would certainly rent again.

#### Really enjoyed the house, but the hot tub didn’t work, despite a technician coming out.

Unfortunately we chose this house because it had a hot tub (it’s even in the name. ) however, the hot tub never heated up for use. Very disappointed about that. We called the rental agency and they sent out a tech, but that did not help. Major bummer. Otherwise, the house is very nice and clean! Would have been a perfect 5 stars if the hot tub worked!
