Climb onto the large front deck with views of the surrounding woods then enter into this open, vertically-designed home.

A fully equipped kitchen with wraparound counters and bar seating welcomes you as you take your first steps inside. Brew a cup of coffee with breakfast in the morning and whip up tasty, home-cooked meals to share with your travel group after your daily adventures.

Gather around the rustic, cabin-inspired dining table that seats 6 for a memorable vacation dining experience.

The kitchen and dining area flows freely into the living room. A plush sofa and loveseat, wood-burning stove, and flat-screen TV with a Roku device for streaming provide all the comforts you’ll need to unwind at night before drifting off to sleep in one of the cozy bedrooms.

The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, a twin loft-over-twin mattress, and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Relax and rehabilitate in the soothing bath after a long day of exploration.

Access the rest of the bedrooms on the 2nd-floor with a balcony overlooking the 1st floor’s open-living space. A reading nook with a comfy chair and twin mattress rests against this balcony.

This property is just a couple of blocks from the Tahoe Donner Northwood Clubhouse and currently provides 2 Tahoe Donner Association guest passes for those that book their vacation here. Each pass allows 4 guests to access the Tahoe Donner amenities for a reasonable daily rate. Take advantage of the various facilities and activities like golf, tennis, a clubhouse with pools, a gym, steam room and sauna, 3 jacuzzis and massage services, as well as a restaurant for fine dining and much more.

During the summer, make sure to dine at The Marina Grill in Tahoe Donner Northwood Clubhouse, where you'll enjoy delicious food and beverages, along with spectacular views of the mountains and lake.

A short drive up the hill from the property, you'll find the Trout Creek Rec Center.

The Trout Creek runs into the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, just south of the property. Explore different areas along the creek for exciting fishing opportunities.

Donner Lake and Memorial State Park with plenty of trails, camping sites, and waterfront attractions are just under 3 miles south of the property. Enjoy outdoor recreation in the area during all seasons.

After a day spent outdoors, visit the Meadow Lake Park area along Donner Pass Rd to experience some of the local shopping and dining Truckee has to offer.

Truckee is the 5th snowiest town in the US, making it the ideal destination for winter sports lovers!

- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at the front of the home, facing out towards the entrance and garage. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: Please note the lofts are accessible by ladder and provide additional mattresses that may be used with strict parental guidance only. No jumping/standing/dropping/throwing is permitted whatsoever. Linens are not provided for these areas
- NOTE: If you do use the loft mattresses, BE SURE TO BRING ALL LINENS, PILLOWS, BLANKETS DOWN. The cleaning staff is not paid to climb up and down the ladders
- NOTE: Also, DO NOT remove the boards that have been placed to block off the lower ladder rungs. These are there for the safety of our younger guests. If you can't climb past the boards directly, use a chair to go up
