Our accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Tina and Drasko are so delightful and wonderful host. They recommend us fabulous restaurants and local winery to visit. Drasko and his wife were gracious and friendly hosts. The location was convenient, and our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The one drawback was that the Vrbo listing indicated air conditioning and there was not air conductioning but only a fan and it was very hot at night. We had an issue because we thought the heater might be the Aircon listed as a property amenity which was turned on for the first night which of course made the room hotter - suggest the description be updated as not including AC but only a fan. Also The parking spot was also somewhat of a challenge because of the very very narrow access road and the tight turn to enter and exit. Apr 15, 2017 #### Die beste Ferien im Trpanj Until now, we have spent two consecutive summer holidays at Gric Villa in Trpanj… It is for the first time that we choose the same spot for our summer holidays. We usually prefer to go to a new location, but this time I felt that I can go back to the same place and enjoy it like the first time. And I was right. There's something magical about Gric Villa… besides its ancientness, it also has a particular charm. Everything gives you the feeling of “home”. The smell, the furniture, the flooring, the height of the ceiling, the doors, the smell of the towels, the bed linen, the window shutters and especially the hosts' character. Their way of being, their kindness, common sense, the willingness to give information in order to offer a pleasant stay is like a balm for the guests. They really touch your heart. Breakfast is served in the garden, under the trees and it contains everything that is necessary to start a good day: warm dishes: omelet, sunny side-up eggs, mushrooms, bacon, coffee, tea; cold dishes: prosciutto, butter, cold meats, several types of cheese, yogurt, fruit salad, homemade comfiture, etc. The garden is huge, full of Mediterranean vegetation and it is taken care of by the lady of the house with a lot of love and attention. The beaches are at about 5-10 minutes walking distance, along a high, wonderful cliff, about 1.5 km long, enframed by the sea on one side and by Southern Croatian vegetation on the other side: pine trees, cypress trees, olive trees, palm trees…. The beaches are rocky, with concrete pavements, ideal for those who want to enjoy the quiet, as well as warm clean water such as spring water. Moreover, since the beaches have Northern orientation, there is the possibility to seat under the trees during lunchtime when it's very warm outside, advantage that you don't find very often. And the sunset from Trpanj beaches is absolutely magnificent… Sunset would often catch us on the seaside, when the light, the water and the surrounding nature make your senses explode. For those who want beaches with little white rocks, easy sea banks and turquoise water, I recommend Duba and Divna beaches, at around 12-15 km distance from Vila Gric. These beaches are iconic for Peljesac Peninsula. Concerning gastronomy, it is a well-known fact that the cuisine in Croatia is in Peljesac area.Peljesac is also called the “Croatia's pantry of good food” All these make Gric Villa an excellent choise, where we will return with great pleasure every time. ##### Adrian Radu V. Die Räume waren stillvoll eingerichtet und tadellos sauber. Der grosse Garten und die schöne Terrasse trugen zur Erholung bei. Die Vermieter Draško und Tina waren perfekte Gastgeber und haben uns zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir hatten das Gefühl, bei netten Verwandten auf Urlaub zu sein. Bereits bei unserer Anfrage zeigte sich Herr Milosovic sehr flexibel unsere Bedürfnisse mit den Wünschen unserer Freunde die ebenfalls dort untergebracht waren, zu vereinbaren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und erlebten immer große Hilfsbereitschaft , super Tipps zum Finden schönster Badebuchten, Aussichtspunkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die empfohlenen Lokale mit überwiegend regionaler Küche sollte man unbedingt besuchen. Platzreservierungen hat Familie Milosevic gerne für uns übernommen. Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten, sowie zahlreiche Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Appartement (Nr.5) hatte zwei große Zimmer, eine Kochnische und ein innenliegenden Bad/WC mit Dusche. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jun 14, 2016 #### Immer wieder zu Tina und Drasko Seit 15 Jahren zieht es uns jedes Jahr wieder nach Trpanj ins Haus GRIC. Wir genießen die liebevolle Bewirtung, den wunderbaren Innenhof mit angrenzendem Garten. Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet, tadellos sauber, und es fehlt an nichts. Von den Gastgebern erhält man regelmäßig Hinweise, wo man z.B. derzeit gut essen kann, wo es den besten Kaffee gibt usw. Auch über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflugsziele und Autovermietung wird man jederzeit informiert. Für uns ist die Nähe zur Natur immer wieder Erholung pur: Der Panaoramaweg, die Delphine und nachts die Rufe der Schakale aus den Bergen. Mittlerweile fühlen wir uns wie eingebürgert in Trpanj. Oct 13, 2015 #### Ein Sommertraum :) Dieser Urlaub in Kroatien war unser erster Pärchenurlaub (20 u. 26 J.) Zuerst war ich sehr skeptisch ob Trpanj sich für uns als Paar eignet, aber der Ort hat sich als perfekt erwiesen. Es ist weder zu wenig noch zu viel los, viele kleine nette Cafes, Restaurants die immer bis Spät abends offen haben und schöne Strandpromenaden, die traumhaft für Spaziergänge im Sonnenuntergang sind. Zu der Unterkunft muss ich sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis mehr als Spitze ist. Ein super modernes Bad, ein Zimmermädchen, ein Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht sowie ein Ventilator und ein Kühlschrank waren im Preis mit drin. Auch die große Terasse sowie den Garten und die Gartendusche durften wir nutzen. Drasko und Tina haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns Tipps für die besten Restaurants gegeben und sogar eine kleine Stadtführung war dabei. Wir haben dank ihnen jeden Abend hervorragend gegessen und bildschöne Buchten entdeckt. Da sie immer für uns reserviert haben, haben die Restaurantbesitzer uns wie Freunde empfangen, häufig gab es einen selbstgemachten Kräuterschnaps aufs Haus :) Auch das Frühstück war für einen wirklich kleinen Preis sehr umfangreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Es gab jeden morgen selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Spiegeleier und Säfte sowie Obstsalat und reichlich Kaffee. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, ein bisschen wie zu Besuch bei Oma und Opa ( im positiven Sinne natürlich). Wir möchten uns nochmal für die tolle Zeit in Trpanj bedanken! Nach der langen Autofahrt vom Ruhrgebiet nach Trpanj wurden wir herzlichst von Tina und Drasko (Besitzer) empfangen. Am ersten Abend zeigte uns Tina alle Restaurants und Bars im Hafen und stellte uns vor. Danach haben wir immer einen Tisch bekommen. auch ohne Reservierung :-) Das Haus ist wirklich Traumhaft und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Hinter dem Haus verbirgt sich ein kleines Garten-Paradis wo man morgens ein leckeres Frühstück von der Dame des Hauses zubereitet bekommt. Den nächsten Strand erreicht man in ca. 4 Gehminuten. Trpanj bietet eine Handvoll gute Restaurants wo man für kleines Geld einen super Fisch bekommt. Für uns war der Urlaub entspannung pur. Hier passte einfach alles! Danke noch mal Tina und Drasko! Oct 2, 2014 #### Wohlfühlurlaub Der Nachsommerurlaub in dieser Villa mit Flair,dem wunderschönen grossen Garten,mit den verschiedensten Pflanzen,war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sauber und gut gepflegt.Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert,sogar mit einer Führung durch den Ort,sowie mit Begleitung zu Lokalen die ein Tourist nicht so leicht findet. L. : In Trpanj auf der Insel Peljesac findet man eine wunderschöne Landschaft mit viel Natur und vielen tollen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wer dazu noch eine Unterkunft sucht in der man sich als Gast persönlich betreut fühlt, ist im im GRIC B&B sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter, liebevoll eingrichtete Zimmer, ein schöner Garten, ein tolles Frühstück und vor allem - das hat uns besonders gefreut - mit persönlichen und individuellen Tipps für die Gäste. Aug 5, 2013 #### Wunderbarer Urlaub für Familien Wir, junge Familie mit 5-jährigem Kind, waren vom 21.-28.Juli 2013 in der Villa untergebracht. Die Villa ist gut zu finden, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Wir hatten die Unterkunft mit einem Nebenzimmer für das Kind und einer Kitchenette gebucht und haben alles so vorgefunden: sehr sauber, charmant und modern eingerichtet. Der Deckenventilator half bei heisseren Nächten und die Fliegengitter, eingebaut in jedem Fenster, hielten Ungeziefern fern. Das Ehepaar war aussergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, wir erhielten super Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung, dem Essen (exzellentes Restaurant Konoba Old Fisherman!!!!) etc, welche sogar unseren Guide übertrafen. Auch das Frühstück wurde von den Vermietern täglich selbst zubereitet mit frischem Obstsalat, sogar selbst gemachter Marmelade aus dem Garten, abends auch Gebäck aus dem eigenen Ofen! Wirklich sehr lecker und gesund. Der Garten ist ein absolutes Highlight mit Lavendel und Kräutern... es riecht ganz ätherisch. Die Unterkunft können wir absolut weiterempfehlen, kommen gern noch einmal wieder. Wie bedanke uns in diesem Sinne herzlich für die schöne Woche, welche wir hier sehr genossen haben. ##### Sabrina d. Hier haben wir genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: eine schöne Landschaft, viel Natur, einen wunderschönen Garten, Ruhe, eine stilvolle, sehr individuelle Unterkunft und sehr nette, gastfreundliche Vermieter. Alles hier ist sehr gepflegt, durchdacht und praktisch, dabei äußerst liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack für die Gäste hergerichtet. Besonders freuten wir uns über die Insider-Tipps: von den besten Restaurants, über das gute Olivenöl, den Wein, die selbstgemachte Marmelade, bis zum Schlammbad... Jan 25, 2013 #### Traumhafter sonniger Urlaub bei Drasko und Tina Wer einfach einen genialen sonnigen Urlaub geniessen möchte kommt an diesem Feriendomizil einfach nicht vorbei.Wir waren nun schon 3x hintereinander dort.Zimmer,Dusche,Balkon sind einfach sehenswert.Das reichhaltige Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen.Alles in einen Satz gepackt"besser geht es nicht". ##### michael b.
