"The front desk employee is super friendly and very helpful! Rooms are very spacious, pool, hot tub are very relaxing and the breakfast has so many options! Didnt use much of the happy hour but one thing i did like is the fact thay they have a soda machine avaliable 24 hours in lobby when you just need a drink. "

"Beautiful hotel with onsite restaurant, bar and coffee/breakfast shop. Historic building in downtown St. Louis in walking distance to City Museum, soccer, hockey and baseball stadiums, union station. Very nice room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We did not eat at restaurant but hostess, Meg, was very friendly. The bar was great - bartender was knowledgeable and attentive (young man). We enjoyed the parlor room with shuffleboard and pool table. Workout room was nice. Valet parking attendants were excellent and helped arrange golf cart service to Busch Stadium. Museum was between exhibits so we were unable to visit it on second floor. Breakfast shop food was okay and servers were not friendly. We would stay again."

"The inn was a beautiful historical landmark. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location as it is across the street from the historic Union Station and easily walkable to downtown."

"The hotel was amazing. It is conveniently located to many of the sites and attractions. There are also multiple activities just on the hotel property. It is conveniently located near the Metro Rail as well. The Clock Tower rooms that we stayed in were very comfortable with coffee pod maker, king size bed, cable TV and historically appointed photos. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was literally at the Arch. Our room had an excellent front view of the St Louis Arch. We watched the 4th of July celebration from our room. The hotel was also walking distance to St Louis Cardinals baseball stadium and many restaurants. "

"Let me start by saying that the staff was amazing. Front desk helped me with issues that I found with the room (smelled like cigarette smoke and closet door handle broke off). The hotel really needs to be updated due to wear and tear. "
