First of all, the pictures don’t do this listing justice. It’s better in person. The big TV and cozy sectional are wonderful for relaxing after a long day of hiking and exploring. The kitchen inside and fully stocked with anything you could need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The outdoor space is AMAZING. The backyard is fenced in which was so great for our four legged family member. The host was responsive to any question and very willing to work with us for a smooth checkin and departure. Kids loved watching the parades on the huge TV, playing basketball, darts and ping-pong and playing in the fenced back yard (our dog loved the yard too!) House is spacious and well appointed. The layout of the house is a bit unusual - there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, but each is accessed by its own staircase. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, but the other two rooms had to go downstairs and use the bathroom off the kitchen. The privacy of these two rooms is great for adults, but the younger children were a bit hesitant to be so distant from their parents. AND loved coming in the front door to the gorgeous Christmas tree! ##### Paula R.
