I am VIP at Expedia. So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade. One reservation, I did get a room upgrade. Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this and should have promoted this saving. Would have been good for the resort and good for me. The beach front is great, the sea depth is safe for the little ones and you will always find an available parasol to enjoy the beach. A special thanks to Keshia from the kids club that made our stay great looking after our little boy Rio. There is not much around the hotel, so it worth going all inclusive. The buffet offers choices to all tastes. They even make baby food on request, so you don’t need to worry about what your baby is going to eat. That’s the first hotel we stayed that cared about our baby. The hotel overall is very clean. James was also very helpful on our late check out. The spa is a must and we truly enjoyed and relaxed with the spa treatments. Thank you all from Friday Attitude for your kindness and help. Hope to see you again in the future."
