Everything was luxurious, very clean. Employees are proud to work in this Hotel and you feel that. Everything worked perfectly. Also transfers etc, done by Maurijet and organized by the Hotel. "The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Dini, buggy driver Sanjeev, trip coordinator Melanie, and the wait staff who remembered everything about us. Met some delightful people. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.). Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."

"Came with the family for UK half term to get some winter sun and we all loved the place! Great boutique hotel - simple but perfect room for the 5 of us to stay in - lovely grounds and pool - and right on its own beach with sun loungers and sun sofas overlooking the crystal clear waters. Would definitely return. "

"Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) \*"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful especially with my son who has severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. The team at the Palm Court restaurant for breakfast and dinner were beyond brilliant - managing our timings and needs for him on demand. 10000% brilliant, cannot wait to come back! This was our first time in Mauritius, and staying with you made it truly memorable—we’re already thinking about our next trip! We stayed at Nirvana and loved the peaceful adults-only pool, daily sunset cocktails, and having Dylan, our amazing butler, who went above and beyond for us. Highlights of our stay included: -Stunning beaches and well-kept pools with ocean views -Daily activities like archery, aqua fun, yoga, and watersports -Delicious seafood and varied cuisines at the restaurants -The relaxing presence of birds, friendly cats and dogs around the resort Most of all, we were blown away by the warmth and care of the staff. "Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service."
