This charming 3 bedroom apartment is situated across the road from the amazing Trou aux Biches beach and only a short stroll away Mont Choisy beach. The complex includes a shared front yard/garden, a large swimming pool as well as parking space.

Located in Mont Choisy, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, diving centres & public transport. A short drive north to Grand Baie and you will find more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping.

The apartment is situated at the ground floor of the complex and all three bedrooms have double beds and wardrobe/drawers for storage. Air condition is available in two bedrooms. Main bedroom has an en suite.

The living space includes TV/CD-Radio, breakfast bar and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, kettle and complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is the washing machine and ironing equipment.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

A wonderful stay

We had a really great time in this apartment, slept very well in the beds, sat and ate comfortably on the terrace. We also enjoyed the pool (which could have been a little cleaner). It was really easy to explore the beautiful island from this location by car. The communication was uncomplicated and exceptionally friendly. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Very reasonably priced. Neat and tidy apartment close to all amenities inc the excellent Mon Choisy and Trou Aux Biches beaches.Very warm welcome by Janine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive.Monsieur John Fraser ( maintenance man and gate keeper) was also always happy to help. Apartment owner Eileen was also most helpful and co operative.Close proximity to pool is also a big plus.Will definitely stay again when in Mauritius.

Perfect apartment

Really cant fault our stay at this apartment. The location is excellent being walking distance to mon choisy aand trou ou biches beaches, both of which are amazing. The apartment itself was in excellent condition and spotless and very well equipped. Good communication with the owner before arrival and jean michel was very helpful and welcoming when we did arrive. The shared pool does need a tiny bit of updating (some tiles have fallen off etc) but its a great facility and our two year old loved swimming in it. One minor downside... The main road nearby can be a little noisy, but its only a small problem and if you are on the terrace

The apartment was very nice with kids, just a step down to the pool. Very good equipment in the apartment, everything you needed was there. Walking distance to two beaches and the bus just outside. Very safe and quiet area. Not many restaurants around so if you donÂŽt have a car itÂŽs around 30 minutes walking distance to moore, not a problem for us because we like to walk. Same with supermarket. Eileen the host was amazing, she will help you with anything you need. She contacted us weeks before our stay and arranged transfer, early check in and late check out. When we arrived the kitchen were preperd with drinks and snacks, wonderful. We traveled with four kids (9, 7, 5 and 2yo) and can absolutly recomend this apartment.

Perfect quiet get away with pool and minutes from the beach

My wife, sister, and mom stayed at this wonderful floor level condo near the Mon Choisy beach. We stayed here for about a month from mid September to mid October. This place has 3 very comfortably sized bedrooms, perfect for accommodating 3 couples. The kitchen is super functional and we have had many breakfasts and dinners there. This place is perfect for relaxing. The private pool that is literally less than 10 steps away from the unit was used by my wife every morning while we were there. I personally like to take my morning walk along the Mon Choisy public beach that is only about 5 minutes walk away. This place offers free parking, and there is nothing like combining a rental car with this residence. You get absolute freedom to go anywhere on the island with a rental car, and the residence is an excellent base for your heavenly vacation on the island of paradise. Major shopping malls, bakeries, and groceries stores are literally minutes away by car or tens of minutes away by walk. Eileen the owner is a very friendly host. She is very approachable and reachable anytime. She made our stay painless, and made her property welcoming to the point it was the perfect home away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely make this my place again, next time I return to Mauritius.

Appartement 3 chambres confortable

Appartement spacieux et confort, avec 3 chambres, avec piscine et parking. Il est tout proche de la plage de Trou aux biches et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de 2 centres de plongĂ©e. Par contre, peu de commerce ou de restos Ă  proximitĂ©. 2 bĂ©mols cependant, la rĂ©sidence commence Ă  ĂȘtre vieillissante (notament la piscine), et le mĂ©nage pourrait ĂȘtre fait avec davantage de soin.

Une location que je recommande les yeux fermĂ©s. J’y ai passĂ© 1mois et je n’ai jamais eu Ă  rencontrer un problĂšme. La propriĂ©taire Ă©tait trĂšs accueillante. Au niveau de la sĂ©curitĂ© rien Ă  dire, le gardien est trĂšs aimable. Pour la propretĂ©, la femme de mĂ©nage fait bien son travail. La piscine est trĂšs bien entretenue. Et pour finir, j’y retournerai avec un grand plaisir. Merci encore une fois Ă  Eileen pour son accueil dans cette jolie location.

Située dans une résidence calme avec parking privé à moins de 5 min de la plage, 15 -20 min du centre à pied, appartement bien agencé avec 3 lits doubles et 2 sdb, bien équipé, nous avons bien été accueillis et bien dépannés au besoin ( merci jean Michel ), appartement parfait pour passer un bon moment à Trou aux biches , on recommande la plongée avec blue diving et le restaurant accolé lecrefresh, encore merci à Ingrid et Jean Michel

TrÚs bon séjour

Appartement spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©, les gĂ©rants du logement : Eileen, et Jean-Michel qui a fait office de remplaçant sont d’excellents hĂŽtes, ils sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs et Ă  l’écoute. Quant Ă  la localisation, mĂȘme si la mer est vraiment toute proche, la rĂ©sidence est situĂ© Ă  Ă©quidistance de la trĂšs belle, calme, locale et agrĂ©able plage de Mont Choisy, avec des endroits trĂšs sympas pour manger sur la plage et la plage de trou aux biches moins agrĂ©able Ă  mon sens car beaucoup de clubs/ Beach resort avec parasols et de nombreux bateaux. Concernant les commerces il faut aller soit chez Popo Ă  trou aux biches qui se trouve Ă  1,7kms ou alors Ă  grand baie au Super U. Tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la rĂ©sidence il y a un bon resto le « Refresh » trĂšs bonne cuisine locale ainsi qu’une pĂątisserie fait maison ( malheureusement ils ne font pas de pain). Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour

L'endroit stratégique

Je ne peux que vous conseiller Ă  200% de prendre cette super location, super appartement avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, tout Ă  votre disposition, mĂȘme le gardien prend soin des rĂ©sident ! Sa propriĂ©taire Eileen est super sympa, elle vous facilitera votre sĂ©jour, trĂšs disponible et Ă  l'Ă©coute, tout est fait pour passer de super vacances ! Nous avons adorĂ© et le petit plus c'est la piscine au bord de la terrasse, et la plage Ă  100 mĂštres ! DU BONHEUR Sylvie et les Normands !

De la rĂ©servation au Check out, tout notre sĂ©jour s’est passĂ© parfaitement. Eyleen se tord en 4 pour rendre notre sĂ©jour inoubliable. Elle est votre ange gardien pendant vos vacances. L’appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces, des plus belles plages de l’üle. Tarif imbattable pour les prestations proposĂ©es. Et surtout, en cas de problĂšme, tout est rĂ©solu ultra rapidement ! Nous avons eu un petit problĂšme de climatisation qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© sans problĂšme dans les 12h.
