Well furnished and very comfortable apartment; the apartment is part of a complex of terraced houses, as follows: 1 double bedroom a comfortable and well-furnished living room with comfortable sofa bed, with a 40-inch LED TV, equipped kitchen, with dishes, dishwasher, oven, kettle , refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, 1 bathroom, washing machine and bed linen, safe. Near the sea (200 meters), reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Independent heating and air conditioning. Apartment located in an area well served with supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, bank at 50 meters. Close to the historic center. Free WIFI; free parking.
