Beautiful Beach front home with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

Beautiful Beach front home with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/ baths and a Casita behind main home with 1 bedroom 1 bath. Home is located right on the beach and has an infinity pool with a deck and plenty of room for entertaining. It has a gourmet kitchen with sliding glass doors to enjoy the beautiful ocean view! Lot's of places for relaxing and sun bathing, there is a courtyard and upper deck to enjoy the view of the beach. There is a fulltime staff home that is a husband wife team. They work 6 days a week for 6 hours a day providing cleaning services and pool/lawn maintenance. The cleaning gal will prepare meals for you at a cost of 4 dollars per person for breakfast, 6 dollars per person for lunch, and 8 dollars per person for dinner plus the cost of groceries. We also have a boat at the marina, a 10 minute drive from the house, that you can rent to go fishing for the cost of gas and tip.

Perfect stay
What a fantastic time we had in Troncones! The house is beautiful and in perfect working order. Suli and Eloi were lovely and kept everything clean and in tip-top shape. We hope we can come back soon!

Casa de la Luna is Paradise!
Beautiful open air kitchen, dining and family room. Bedrooms are beautiful, air conditioned and showers are heavenly. Eloy & Zuli go out of their way to make every moment a pleasure. They are wonderful Chef's and can steer you to where you want to go. We look to return again.
