![🌌Northern Lights over Tromsø - Tromsø - Troms - Norway🇳🇴

➡️A couple of weeks I wrote a caption explaining the Northern Lights from a scientific view👨‍🔬, now it is time for the legends surrounding this amazing spectacle:

📜According to one legend, Odin, the chief god and ruler of Asgard, lived in Valhalla, where he was preparing for Ragnarök. This event was predestined and would be Odin’s greatest battle⚔️, so he needed the bravest warriors at his side. During every battle on Earth, Odin would pick the warriors who would die and join him in Valhalla. The Valkiries👸 were female warriors on horseback. who wore armour and carried spears and shields🛡️, were tasked with leading Odin’s chosen warriors to Valhalla. The Vikings believed the Northern Lights🌌 illuminating the sky were the reflections of the Valkyrie’s armour🛡️ as they led the warrior to Odin.

📜In several other legends, they claim the Northern Lights🌌 were the breath of brave soldier who died in combat or they were believed to be the Bifrost Bridge🌈, a glowing, pulsing arch which led fallen warriors to the their final resting place in Valhalla.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦But for the Sámi people, the Northern Lights🌌 didn’t tell stories of heroism and bravery, they believed that they were the souls of the dead💀, and they were to be feared and respected in equal measure, so you shouldn’t talk🗣️ about them or even waving👋, whistling😗 or singing🎶 under them, as this would alert the lights to your presence and carry you up to the sky⬆️. Nowadays, many Sámi people stay in their homes🏠 when the Northern Lights are illuminating the sky🌌.

« Localisation correcte, proche commodités Bon agencement du logement. Rideau occultant cassé, et fenêtre située en face de l’éclairage public… Ménage moyen, à notre arrivée du fromage râpé, de la poussière et des cheveux au sol.. Le frigo est tombé en panne durant la 1 ère nuit, nous avons dû jeter de la nourriture, et le reste qui n’était pas abîmé nous l’avons suspendu à l’extérieur du studio à la poignée de la fenêtre… Nous avons écrit à l’établissement mais n’avons jamais eu de réponse ni de...

Je ne comprends pas certains commentaires négatifs. On dirait qu'ils n'ont pas été dans le même hotel que moi. Petite hypothèse personnelle : Ne serait ce pas le fait que les propriétaires soient chinois, qui motive ces commentaires, plutôt que la réalité des prestations ? »

"Incroyable expérience au radisson blu de tromso ! J’ai fêter l’anniversaire de mon mari, ils ont un service d’extra et ont pu me mettre des ballons et m’on fait une magnifique décoration et cerise sur le gâteau, ils ont pu nous surclasser !!! Mille merci au personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner en passant par les femmes de chambres ils ont tous été aux petits soins et adorable. Le petit déjeuner est variés il y’a du salé du sucré et petit plus il y a un grand choix de produit sans gluten ainsi qu’une machine à café avec du lait d’avoine ce qui est un vrai plus ! La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite nous étions à côté de tout ce qui a pu faciliter notre séjours en évitant de louant une voiture. "J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique et pour le prix. Le Check-in se fait très facilement grâce à une borne à l’entrée. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. En lisant les commentaires concernant la propreté, j’avais quelques appréhensions. Mais lorsque je suis arrivée, ma chambre était très propre et le ménage a été fait pendant la semaine où je suis restée. Tout était absolument parfait. La literie est bonne, j’ai vraiment bien dormi. L’immeuble est calme. La vue donnait sur l’immeuble en face mais ce n’était pas dérangeant. Les en-cas près de l’accueil sont un vrai plus pour dépanner. À l’intérieur du sac pour ma part, une bouteille de smoothie, un jus de pomme, une barre de céréales, deux sandwiches wasa. "

"Logement (cabine pour 5 personnes : 2 adultes, 3 enfants) au top dans un lieu d'exception. Possibilité de balade ou randonnée à pied. Petite épicerie très sympa à proximité (13 min à pied). Seul bémol, le prix des petits déjeuners bien qu'ils soient copieux. Un lieu incontournable quand on vient en laponie norvégienne. "

"La fenêtre donnait sur des bureaux et une rue pas très belle et il y avait de la poussière sous les lits. Mais hormis ceci la chambre était bien, confortable et spacieuse. Le petit dejeuner etait excellent et le service très agreable. "
