"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. "The location of the hotel is excellent and overlooking the lake. The hotel and staff were very good. We had an issue with our tv and they sorted it out for us. My only downside was the jazz festival. After booking we were pre warned that there maybe noise disturbances from the set up which was fine and not an issue. The restrictions of the festival walking along the water and having to go up to the main road was frustrating. But the noise disturbances on the evening when the festival started wasn’t the best. I would say if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Montreux 100% yes but avoid the festival unless your specifically going for the Jazz festival."
