Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this apartment for rent in Trois-Rivières, with a small sea view, a surface area of 80 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. Located on the ground floor of a house, it consists of a 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 200 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, dining area, and equipped kitchenette including: microwave oven, hotplates, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- One bathroom (with shower) and toilet  
\- One separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- An 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
\- A shared and partially enclosed 150 m² garden  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Trois-Rivières, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, markets, and more.  
  
Activities:  
\- Hiking at the Carbet Falls, about 33 minutes (11.6 miles) away by car  
\- Coulisse Waterfall, about 11 minutes (2.3 miles) away by car  
\- Grande-Anse Beach, about 12 minutes (5.8 miles) away by car  
\- Visits to the Parc des Roches Gravées in Trois-Rivières and the slave dungeon  
\- Access to the islands of Les Saintes, Terre de Haut, and Terre de Bas (15 minutes by boat)  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot of the accommodation (up to 3 vehicles).
