This modest home is well located in the upper part of the city and has this huge completely fenced backyard with beautiful balcony. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs and in the master bedroom there is another bedroom attached that can also be used as a retreat area with cough if you prefer. There is also a bedroom downstairs with full shower bathroom and mini kitchen for privacy. The laundry room is in that bathroom for the while family it is a large capacity washer and dryer. The TV is also located downstairs even if there is a living room on the main floor. There is also a full kitchen, desk area and fireplace on the main floor.

This home is a Bi-Generation home so there is an apartment attached to it for the owner to take care of the house while you stay in it (cutting the grass, snow removal etc.). So the owner lives on site with her children and uses the backyard and balcony so those are shared. Because the family had 11 children living there at times the house shows some used floors and some traces/dents on the walls but we will set it up as best as possible before you come.
