The living/sleeping room features a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. There is also a separate room equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, which also has an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a second shower/WC in the apartment.

The amenities included in this apartment are air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, and a television. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
